Guidelines For Your Gatherings 

The following is intended as a guideline for how much wine should be bought for a social gathering.

Determine the number of guests and multiply that by the number of hours the party is to last. The product of those two numbers will give the number of servings needed. "One serving per hour per person."
The following is a guideline to use calculating quantities for customers:
