Wine & Gifts
Wine and gift baskets can be purchased in our online store. Returns: wine orders (not event ticket orders) are returnable within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Shipping: All wine orders will be shipped via UPS ground from Pennsylvania on the next business day following payment. Shipping rates vary depending on the zipcode to which it is being shipped. As you add products to your cart and if you enter your zipcode, you will automatically see what the shipping cost will be. Please contact us with any special requests or to obtain your tracking number.
Tickets for events can be purchased in our online ticket store. Any restrictions for purchasing will be noted in the store with the relevant event. Once we receive and review your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours with your ticket information. Please print this confirmation and bring it with you to the event. Tickets are non-refundable.
Event Tickets FAQs
How do I purchase a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone, in-person, or at the show if available (it is recommended that you call ahead). Please be advised that there is no paper ticket. An email will be sent confirming your will call reservation.
Is there reserved seating?
If you have purchased a ticket prior to arriving at the venue, you have a guaranteed reserved seat.
How will I know where I am sitting?
The seating chart is determined by the order in which tickets were purchased. There are no bad seats in the venue. A member of our friendly staff will show you to your table when you arrive at the concert.
What is the difference between VIP and General Seating?
The VIP Section is a group of 2-4 seat tables located within the first 4 rows from the stage. General Admission tables seat 8 and are located to either side of the VIP Section.
What if I want to sit with someone who already purchased a ticket?
We do our best to accommodate all seating requests, however, we cannot guarantee seating requests. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if there is another party you wish to sit with. We cannot do seating requests the day of the show. We cannot seat general ticket holders in the VIP section. For seating requests, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there an age limit?
Out of respect for other concert-goers, we do not allow children under 8 years old.
Will there be food/beverages served?
Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Wine and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the bar. There will be a warm entrée and a soup available for purchase, though the exact menu varies per show. Snack foods such as nuts, chips, etc. are also available for purchase.
Is there a full bar?
No, we have wine available by the glass or by the bottle, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
Where do I park?
There is plenty of convenient parking available next to the venue (behind The New Hope Winery) as well as across the street.
How early do I need to get to the venue?
Doors open an hour before the show begins. If you have already purchased a ticket, you can arrive anytime within the hour.
What if I cannot attend the show but I purchased tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable. We ask that you notify the winery if you are aware ahead of time that you cannot attend. If you will be giving your tickets to a friend or family member, be advised that seating is based upon the name of the purchaser.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
The concert will go on as scheduled unless the performer is unable to arrive to the venue. If the performer cannot arrive, we will call all ticket purchasers as soon as possible.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes, the venue is handicap accessible.
