Frequently Asked Questions

Concerts

I didn't receive a ticket via mail/email
We use a paperless system here at the Winery. All online orders should recieve a confirmation email that can be used at the door. All concert reservations are always redeemable at the door under the ticket holder's last name.
Can your venue accommodate handicapped patrons?
Yes! Our venue is all on ground level, making it very easy to access the venue. Contact us before the show to ensure we can best serve your needs. Vistors with severe disabilities may be accompanied by paid Personal Care Attendants (PCA) at no additional cost. Please call us at 215-794-2331 to let us know ahead of time.
How is the room set up?
Our Event Center is an intimate, 250 seat venue. The Event Center has all cabaret-style seating, with tables of four scattered throughout the room in a U shape around the stage.
What’s the best way to purchase a ticket?
The easiest and quickest way to purchase a ticket is right here on our website. By purchasing a ticket online you will receive digital tickets for the show, which are the only tickets we issue here at the Winery. You also can order tickets over the phone or in our store, but you will not have access to digital tickets and will have your name at will call at the door.
How is seating assigned?
The first purchased order for tickets will get the first seats closest to the stage. Therefore, we recommend you make your reservations as early as possible to ensure the best seats available.
How do I know where I’m sitting?
The seating chart is determined based on when you order your tickets. There are no bad seats in the venue, with the furthest seats being no more than 40 feet from the stage. You cannot visit the Winery prior to the show to see where your seats are.
What is VIP seating/ why is VIP seating not offered at this show?
VIP seating is offered at a very limited number of shows at the artist’s request. VIP seating is simply the name for the first few rows right in front of the stage, allowing for an even closer view of the artist’s performance. It is not offered to parties larger than four people. If VIP seating is not an option for your desired show, it is either sold out or not offered for that show.

Can I make a seating request?
Seating requests will not be honored unless it is for handicap seating.
What if I want to sit with someone that has bought tickets/will by tickets?
Due to seating being assigned based on purchase order, multiple parties cannot be seated together. To sit with another party, you must order your tickets all at once. Seating changes will not be made at the show.
What is the age limit for your shows?
Out of respect for other patrons, we do not allow children under 8 into the venue. Children under 21 years of age will obviously need to be monitored to ensure they do not consume alcohol.
How is parking at the Winery?
The Winery has plenty of free parking all located on site here. We also have a lot just across the street with free parking.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. By purchasing tickets, you have relinquished your right to have the tickets refunded. In the event of inclement weather, the show will still go on if the artist can get to the venue. If a show is cancelled, your tickets will be refunded in full.
How early should I get to the venue for a show?
Doors open an hour before show time. Most shows Monday through Saturday have the doors open at 7:00PM, whereas on Sundays they open at 5:00PM. Please note this is always subject to change.
